Greetings Friends
Pastor Dave Conrads
What an awesome challenge we received from P.W. Gopal last night at the Big White House. It was a wake up call to me, to us...to consider how we might (and must!) bring the Good News of Christ to all! I want to be a part of a church that thrives....not just survives. How about you? Let's explore this further Sunday (or Saturday!)...together!
God's grace and peace be with you,
Dave

5:45 pm Sunday, March 7th
Why not break up the winter with a little music? Do you like singing the hymns of the Christian faith? Then join us at The River for a time of praising God through music with other from around the community. We'll have a short devotional and coffee afterwards if you want to stay and join us.

New Women's Bible Study in Philippians 6:30 pm Thurdays Beginning April 1st

Prime Timers Soup Supper (50+) 6:00 pm Friday, March 5th
It's time to put on the pot of soup and get warm during this cold winter! Come join us as we enjoy it together as a group. The Prime Timers meet every month for a fun or educational event or a service project to reach the community for Christ. Sign up at The River or email us to sign up for the soup supper on March 5th at The River in the fellowship hall. Tell us if you'd like to bring a crockpot of soup, veggies, dessert, cheese or bread to go with. We'll see you on the 5th and help make your tummy and heart warm!

Bartsch Update
Please pray for the following for Dick & Carla in the tropics:
1. Pray for their busy month ahead as they both are involved in workshops for training consultants and for translating the Word using a new computer program.
2. Pray for travel for both.
3. Pray for guidance for their children in deciaions they are making.
Please pray for Lynn and Barb. The building in which the Marriage and Family Training Center has its office was recently recognized as an historical landmark which is an honor.
1. Please pray that the word will spread and we will be able to serve more people through the center.
2. Pray for mature leadership to raise up in the church they are involved in.
3. Please pray for R and M who are new to their home study.
Marlowe Update
Pray for the Marlowe's as Mary will be working as a nurse in a hospital and Mark's objective will continue to be developing solid ministry partnerships focusing on church planting, discipleship, and appropriate community witness initiatives.
